Good news rarely arrives by accident, and sudden luck is almost always the visible tip of an invisible iceberg built out of boring, unglamorous effort.
If you want a reason to celebrate, do not wait for the universe to drop it in your lap. Create the conditions that make progress inevitable. The phone call you are hoping to receive usually happens after you make ten calls you were trying to avoid. The breakthrough you want is hidden behind the repetitive work you keep putting off until you feel more inspired.
Stop preparing to "receive" and start preparing to produce. Keep your focus sharp rather than just keeping your mind open. Lower the entry point, stick to the time you promised yourself, and put in the hours when no one is clapping.
