Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
Introduction
Navtraq ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit navtraq.com, read a horoscope, watch a reel, or open a compatibility episode.
If you only read pages and never send a form, we still log basic technical data so the site stays up and we can see which pages work. We do not sell your email list.
Information we collect
We may collect your name and email when you submit the contact or newsletter form. If you commission a report, you may send birth data, a question, and details about the person the file is for. We treat that as confidential desk material, not marketing fuel.
We also log usage data such as page path, approximate time, IP address, and user agent. That is for analytics, abuse prevention, and fixing broken pages — not for building a profile we sell.
How we use it
- To send the newsletter you asked for.
- To answer messages and commission notes.
- To measure which pages people actually finish.
- To serve ads and keep the lights on.
- To stop spam, scraping, and form abuse.
We do not sell your email list. We do not hand a contact-form message to a random advertiser as a lead.
Cookies and ads
We use cookies for basic site function (for example, remembering that you accepted the cookie notice). After you accept, we load Google Analytics (measurement ID G-368D969RD7) so we can see which pages people open. Google may set its own cookies; their handling of that data is covered by Google's privacy policy. We may load third-party ad scripts. Those vendors have their own policies. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser; the articles will still load.
How long we keep it
Newsletter emails stay until you ask to be removed. Contact messages stay long enough to answer and to keep a record of what we promised. Server logs rotate. We do not keep a permanent warehouse of every page you opened.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete an email from the newsletter list, or to look at what we hold from a form you sent. Use the contact form and say so plainly. If a page is wrong, send the URL — that is a content fix, not a privacy fight, but we still want it.
Children
This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy when the product changes. The date at the top is the last edit. Continued use of the site after a change means you have seen the new version.
